FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE – JULY 2019

A. PUPIL DEVELOPMENT
 Administered the Screening Test for Phil Iri
 Administered diagnostic, formative and summative tests
 Participated in the Simultaneous Earth Quake Drill
 Organized the classroom officers
 Assisted pupils in the different activities during the One Health Week Celebration
 Oriented pupils and parents as regards to their classroom duties and
responsibilities.

B. STAFF DEVELOPMENT
 Participated in school LAC Sessions and all school meetings
 Conducted Homeroom PTA meeting and discussed classroom and pupil
development plans.

C. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
 Prepared and followed the Whole Brain Lesson Plans in conducting lessons.
 Used ICT in teaching
 Prepared Instructional devices like electronic sims and interactive materials.
 Prepared and accomplished school reading report (Phil IRI GST)

D. PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT
 Acquired a new Smart TV for a high definition technology for the classroom
 Repainted the main door and some areas in the classroom
 Painted the washing facility and plant boxes in front of the classroom
 Sustained the “Gulayan sa paaralan” by planting different vegetable plants in the
designated areas for the class
 Directed pupils to maintain cleanliness and segregate their waste

E. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
 Allied with PTA members to maintain the Gulayan of the class
 Tapped PTA and stockholders to support the greening program of the school by
giving calamansi and gayubano seedlings
