Organization 1: Batch0221@capital.

com Account

Step 1: Login to salesforce account batch0221@capital.com

Step 2: Enable salesforce to salesforce settings

Navigation : SetupBuildCustomize Salesforce to Salesforce Settings


Step 3: Enable the settings

Step 4: Goto the Application in salesforce and the Connection Tab to the application

SetupBuildCreateAppsCallCenterEdit

Step 5:Create new connection

Goto callcenter application and click on Connection Tab


Step 6: New Connection

Step 7: Goto Contact Object and create a new contact record with the email id of the targer organization

Ex: LastName :satishMyla emailid:javasfdc@gmail.com

Step 8: Click on new Connection and Select the above contact what you have created
Step 9: save

Step 10: Publish the objects which you want to share with external organization
Step 11: Select the object which you want to publish

Step 11: Save


External Org

Step 12: Login into the organization to which you want to connect batch0226@capital.com
Step 13: Enable the salesforce to Salesforce connection by navigation to

SetupBuildCustomizeSalesforce to Salesforce Settings

Step 13: Login into gmail account with which you have created contact in the above step

Click on the give link in the gmail

Step 14: Give the salesforce credentials of the other organization


Step 15 :Accept the connection Request

Step 16 :After accepting the request subscribe the objects from connection

Step 17 :Create the mapping between source organization and destination organization objects in subscribe
Connection is established

Test the connection:


Step1: login to batch0221@capital.com account

Step 2: Create a new Account record and save

Step 3:Goto the edit layout on the record after saving


Step 4: Add the related list External sharing to the pagelayout

Step 5: Click on the external sharing

Step 6: Add the connection


Setp 7:Login to batch0226@capital.com and Account object

Click on go
Step 8: Click on Accept button record is added to aAccount in batch0226@capital.com account
