Problem Description:

When creating steel order drawings, some parts do not lie on a major grid plane, such as inclined
plates, knuckled plates, and orthogonal plates that are between grid planes. The Name By Grid
Plane naming rule produced inconsistent view names because the names would change based on
whichever part was first returned each time the query was triggered.

Change Description:
The Name By Grid Plane naming rule has been changed to:

1. Alphabetically sort plate names when the steel order collation rule returns plates that do not
lie on a major grid plane. After the sort, the same plate name is always first.
2. Uses the first system name in alphabetical order to create the view name. The same view
names will now be generated each time.

Impact Details:
All ship drawing packages that use the Name By Grid Plane view naming rule are affected. The
default view names for normal plates lying on major grid planes will not change, but view names
for parts that do not lie on major grid planes are affected.
