FINANCIAL ANALYST

opening for one of the most important pharmaceutical distributors and pharma retail players in Romania, located near
Bucharest, in the Northern part (Otopeni).

The main role of the FINANCIAL ANALYST, reporting to the Financial Manager/ Chief Financial Officer, is to perform
financial analysis reports and ensure compliance with budgets and budgeting procedures.

The Financial Analyst is resposible for ensuring compliance with the company's financial and budgetary procedures and
policies, as well as ensuring accuracy and promptness in providing company’s economic and financial data.
He/ she will also prepare profitability reports, centralize estimative budgets and create consolidated corporate budget,
keep track on budget deviations, verify budgeted expenses compliance with the working procedures and send them for
registration in accounting and for making payments.
The Financial Analyst guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing
trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions, actively participate in the month
closures by making accruals for various discount rates.
He/ she will track and actively participate at month closures by making accruals at discount and customer discount rates,
as well as other monthly closing reports.
This position will oversee the preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, profit and loss analytics, cash flow,
investment tracking reports and other reports required by the group and local management. Based on their findings,
they may contribute to shaping the strategic planning of the company.

Candidates Profile:
The Financial professional we are looking should have minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role, a
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, with comprehensive knowledge in financial analysis,
accounting, fiscality and internal audit. Experience in retail chains is highly appreciated.
Advanced knowledge of MS office – Excel, Word, Power Point, Qlikview and fluency in English are mandatory.
