IDA SALARY CALCULATOR

The Salary Calculator is an interactive tool that you can use on-
line on our webpage.

The salary calculator provides a check of your personal salary,

with the salary level that matches your profile. IDA’s traditional
salary statistics calculate members’ average salary using select-
ed parameters - typically education and graduation year. If you
want to include more parameters, such as position level, loca-
tion and industry, the traditional average calculations become
uncertain.

The salary calculator, using a statistical model, can estimate the

average salary even when several parameters are considered. It
allows you to calculate a salary for a profile that better matches
the individual member.

The salary calculator is for the privately employed based on

members’ information about salaries from the annual IDA Salary
Statistics. For the publicly employed the salary information
comes from the public salary registers.

The salary calculator is being updated with this years salary data
at mid-December.

You can try the salary calculator at our webpage or on IDA’s app.
