JPMorgan's Global Finance & Business Management teams in Mumbai and Bengaluru are an extension
of the firm's global finance teams, supporting finance controllership, management reporting, Business
Management, strategy and planning functions across Asia, Europe and North America. Setup in
September 2002 to provide "Best in Class service" to the finance department globally, the center has
expanded significantly in less than 16 years and would continue to grow in coming years to provide more
coverage to global regions and functions.

function is critical to all facets of the business, dedicated to continually making our business better –
strategically, financially and operationally
Global Finance & Business Management (GF&BM) function in India provides high quality financial
services within the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM), Consumer
& Community Bank (CCB), Commercial Bank (CB) lines of business as well as corporate functions.
GF&BM covers the entire spectrum of activities i.e. Legal Entity Control, Planning & Analysis, Business
Management, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Control, Valuation Control Group, Financial Information
Reporting Solutions, Risk Operations and other strategic initiatives undertaken by Finance across the
globe. Additionally there are a number of business aligned teams within GF&BM that provide Client and
product support to internal business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring and analysis of key drivers impacting business performance against plan & forecast
including providing insightful commentaries.
Assistance in the planning and forecasting process
Perform ABC costing analysis and internal CFO functions; provide tax support, economic analysis
including support on CCAR and stress testing
Providing support for adhoc requests such as business review decks, process re-engineering,
implementation of new regulations/policies
Supporting the strategy and business development teams and aid senior management in taking
strategic decisions by providing fundamental background research.
Perform risk focused independent valuation and VAR monitoring controls.
Calculation of Risk Weighted Assets under Basel, Price testing and valuation adjustment
calculations for all JPM Assets
Test & Monitor business controls, oversee review finding remediation, liaison with Front & Middle
office with regards to findings and escalate to senior management wherever appropriate
Performing Annual valuations and preparing pitch presentations for various asset classes and
sales channels for Product specialists and Sales team
Performing coverage in Client Servicing functions like reporting, CRM, consultant database etc.
GF&BM Analyst Program is the MBA & CA Recruitment Program of Global Finance & Business
Management India which gives candidates an opportunity to be part of the global brand within JP Morgan
Chase & Co. You will be part of this twenty two month program that will run alongside your business role.
This program will aid your overall professional development via various structured and non-structured
training interventions, developing technical capabilities, career guidance and hands-on experience
About You
The Global Finance & Business Management function within JPMorgan Chase & Co is a dynamic
organization that plays a critical role, particularly as regulatory and capital requirements continue to
impact the way we do business. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for
producing financial analyses to help drive strategic business decisions and ensure the company is
capable of navigating all types of market environments, while maintaining a fortress balance sheet.
