water 2 tbsp Add dizzle of hot tap
Water. Put a cover
On the top of the pan.
Let it cook until it
Steam about 30 sec.
Trim off any uneven
Whites if desired and
Serve.

CHEF’S TIPS:

 When you dizzled the water make

sure only few to put in.

 You can add parsley to the side.

REMARKS:

 You may add cinnamon if you want to.
