Diet Plan for school going children

Meal Food intake Amount

Breakfast Fortified Breakfast Cereal or 1 ½ cup


(7:00-8:00am)
Milk or yogurt

Snack 1 Dry Fruits or Salmon, 1 fist/1 ounce


(11:00-12:00pm)

Lunch Salmon or Eggs I piece/1 ounce


(1:00pm)

Snack Pudding or Rice with Yogurt, 1 cup


(3:00-4:00pm)

Dinner Trout or Eggs or Milk Shake 1 ounce/ 1 cup


(8:00pm)
or chicken soup or Vegetable

Before Sleep Dietary Supplements, Milk 1 ½ cup

1 ounce Meat or fish portion was given at each time there is choice in each meal for eating a
variety of food items. While for vegetable if cooked then ½ cup is given and for raw vegetable
and fruit there is portion size of 1 ½ cup. There is choice for the candidate to use eat food accord
to their choices.
