What is the purpose of this audit?

The objective of the visit is to check for a Price Violation.i.e. (Discount offered to customer beyond
the Norms).

When can I conduct the audit?

Any day of the week between 11.00 am to 6.00 pm any day

How do I conduct the audit?

You will have to record the entire conversation in a normal voice recorder which you have in
your mobile.

What is the process of the audit?

Before entering the outlet

 Put your mobile in aeroplane mode

 Start the audio and speak out these in following order
o Shop Name :
o Shop Location:
o Your Name :
o Date :
o Time :

Do not stop or pause your recording in between.

 Behave as a genuine customer, enquire about the specific model mentioned in the
list below.
 You have to enquire for
o The car mentioned in the email sent to you
o Variants available - Ambient, Trend, Titanium & Titanium + (Any Variant will
do as per the availability in the stock)
 Discuss the features and specifications and ask for a demo of the car.
 Check if the staff is giving a test drive and if you want you can take it otherwise you
can avoid it by saying I have already seen it …
 Discuss the pricing and payment options in detail, you need to discuss each
component of the price brochure
  Ask for the discounts and applicable on the vehicle. Also ask for free accessories and
gifts.
 For payment mode say cash or self financing or pre approved car loan but do not say
you want to take finance from FORD.
 Do not compare with any other brand for discounts but you can say am looking for
other options like : Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Hyundai i20 Elite

For Price break

You have to try to get above 50,000 discount in all

Mandatory Proofs:

 Clear Audio recording without a break

 Price Quotation / Price List
 Staff name & Visiting Card
 Store Exterior – 2 Nos in open camera with date / time and geo tag

Also send us the following details through mail or watsapp

 Last offered price
 Total Discounts offered On the vehicle
 Free accessories offered
 Test drive was offered or not
 Refreshments asked or not

All proofs to be mailed to audits@fbzhub.in on the same day

Payments will be made after 30 days…For example, All visits done in

between 1 – 15 April will be paid on the 15th May and all visits done
between 16 – 30 April will be done on 31st May…

IMPORTANT : -

 Audio recording & other POVs have to be sent at the end of the day.
 No online price discussion should be done.
 No other shop or friend reference should be done.
 Average length of Audio file: a. Minimum 20 minutes
