The objective of the visit is to check for a Price Violation.i.e. (Discount offered to customer beyond
the Norms).
You will have to record the entire conversation in a normal voice recorder which you have in
your mobile.
Behave as a genuine customer, enquire about the specific model mentioned in the
list below.
You have to enquire for
o The car mentioned in the email sent to you
o Variants available - Ambient, Trend, Titanium & Titanium + (Any Variant will
do as per the availability in the stock)
Discuss the features and specifications and ask for a demo of the car.
Check if the staff is giving a test drive and if you want you can take it otherwise you
can avoid it by saying I have already seen it …
Discuss the pricing and payment options in detail, you need to discuss each
component of the price brochure
Ask for the discounts and applicable on the vehicle. Also ask for free accessories and
gifts.
For payment mode say cash or self financing or pre approved car loan but do not say
you want to take finance from FORD.
Do not compare with any other brand for discounts but you can say am looking for
other options like : Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Hyundai i20 Elite
