EXCHANGE PROGRAMS
AESECs global network enables international exchange opportunities for its members
to develop themselves personally and professionally in a culturally different environment than
they have been used to. This developmental challenge allows for its participants to expand
their perspectives and build their network as they get to know themselves better.
The Exchange Programs are generally open to anyone who are at minimum, attending
college and at maximum 30 years of age upon application.

DESCRIPTION

The GLOBAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is


an international volunteer experience through which young people
develop themselves while empowering individuals, communities or
organizations. GCDP focuses on areas and issues with the need for
social impact and sustainable solutions.

DESCRIPTION

The GLOBAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM comprises of an


internship in a host organization, through which a young person
contributes to its, completes a job description requiring special
expertise or skills, and receives supervision and evaluation on his or
her professional development.

In addition to gaining access to AIESECs internship database, each


applicant accepted into the exchange program will be assigned to
an Exchange Participant Manager from whom consultations
regarding the exchange process may be requested from.
