I/ Program information:
Global Talent (International Internship Program), powered by AIESEC, is a program that provides young
people with career experiences in the fields of engineering and business, with the goal of helping
participants develop leadership skills, in parallel with the process of career development in the
international environment.
The participants would have a golden opportunity to go on an international internship at MNCs, SMEs,
Start-Ups, NGOs, Incubators, Accelerators and other umbrella organizations in business and engineering
fields within 6 – 78 weeks.
Joining this program, the interns can develop their leadership while boosting their career prospects with a
global opportunity.

1. Intership period:
With flexible internship time, Global Talent program includes three options for all participants so that the
particiants could choose an appropriate period of time:
 Short-term: 6 – 12 weeks
 Short-term: 3 - 6 months
 Long-term: 6 - 12 months

2. Internship field:
With 3 areas of internship, Global Talent wishes to bring multidisciplinary experiences to young people:
 Business Management:
- Business management involves the coordination, administration, and organization of business
activities. Business management also pertains to the analysis of internal operations to maximize
efficiency and the management of money, materials, and products.
- The business administration group is often misunderstood that it is a "general" industry,
"everything knows but doesn't know what". But in fact, the career opportunities of this industry
group are extremely specific jobs.
- Position available: Customer Service Executive ;Human Resources Executỉve;
Business Analyst.

 Marketing:
- Marketing refers to any actions a company takes to attract an audience to the company's product
or services through high-quality messaging.
- Marketing is an industry with many opportunities to expand and develop with current career
trends. Opportunities are available to you with different levels of
experience: from those working in the industry to those with in-depth knowledge of Marketing
and business.
- Position available: Market Researcher; Graphic Designer; Digital Productioner.

 Business Development:
- Business development is the creation of long-term value for an organization from customers,
markets, and relationships.
 - Business Development is an industry group for those who have both professional knowledge of
business and a passion for working with people, communicating with customers and business
partners.
- Position available: Sales Executive; Business Development Executive.

3. Internship form:
Because of geographical obstacles and wish to connect everyone together, Global Talent now has 2 forms
of internship so that the particiants could choose an appropriate one:
 Online
 Offline

4. Location of internship:
You can join the Internship Program in many countries around the world:
 Malaysia
 Serbia
 Indonesia
 Nhật Bản
 Ấn Độ
 Myanmar

5. Program participation fee:

 Short-term (6 – 12 weeks): $170 ( ~ 3,961,000 VNĐ)
 Short-term (3 - 6 months): $210 ( ~ 4,893,000 VNĐ)
 Long-term (6 - 12 months): $300 ( ~ 6,990,000 VNĐ)

II/ Requirements to join the exchange program:

 Must be from 19 to 30 years old.

 English communication at an intermediate level (Equivalent to 6.5 IELTS/75+ TOEFL/650+
TOEIC)
 Can spend at least 6 weeks in another country.
 Have at least 15 million VND to self cover their airplane ticket, Visa, Insurance, living cost in a
foreign country,…

about accommodation and basic living costs.

We accompany you to the workplace on the first day, ensure your job description and goals are clear, and
your working hours and duration are as expected.
