CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FREE USE PRINTER

1. That the initial Cash out of the LEASE is (Php. 3,000.00) Three thousand Pesos only for INKJET
Printers. Inclusive of 2 Set Initial Inks.

a. Monthly Subscription is (Php. 1,500.00) One thousand Five hundred pesos only.
Inclusive of Ink Supply.

2. AND (Php. 4,500.00) Four thousand Five hundred pesos for Laserjet Printers inclusive of 2 Toner
Cartridge and 1 month deposit.

a. And a minimum purchase of 1 Toner per Month amounting to One Thousand Five
hundred pesos only. (Php. 1,500.00). for every toner purchase.

3. That E & K I.T Solutions. Will be the sole provider for INKS & TONERS CONSUMABLE use in the
printer provided by the first party.

4. That E & K I.T Solutions. Shall remain the sole owner of the FREE-USE Printers and the customer
is prohibited to purchase INKS & TONERS from other Suppliers/Dealers within contract period.

5. That E & K I.T Solutions. Has a lifetime warranty & free of maintenance services while, the
Defective inks toner or printer shall be REPAIRED or REPLACED when necessary FREE of
CHARGE.

6. That the user is strictly prohibited to sell and disposed the SERVICE PRINTER and the empty
cartridge to others without the consent of the First Party.

7. That E & K I.T Solutions shall PULL-OUT the said printer if the accounts are unpaid.

8. That any violation of the condition set forth in this agreement shall be sufficient ground for the
First Party to eject the Terms and Conditions set forth not limited to legal process.
