I picked up the first slide – Mindful Breathing & Concentration, as I feel in addition to happiness song,
this is something I would want it to be with me for the rest of my life. I practiced meditation for over a
month after the sessions, during that time I could feel I was less stressed, more confident, focused and
energized. I was enjoying my language classes in the morning even after sleeping for 4-4.5 hrs during the
night.
However, from past 15 days, due to multiple assignments, exams, presentation, I could not continue my
meditation in the morning. I can see the direct impact of this on my health and energy. I feel to get back
on track I have start meditation immediately in the coming week. There is no better way than to practice
meditation if you want your mind to be calm and peaceful.
