regularized by gov. then why gov. doesn’t care of traffic congestion .

Hawkers can depress the real estate value .Hawking is direct

employment .In Mumbai 3 lakh peoples . Licensed hawker is in Mumbai is less
than 10%.For “proper regulation “ the court refer to a system of hawking &
non Hawking zones. Hawking within 150m of a railway station , municipal
markets colleges , schools , hospitals & residential area.
Hawking is prohibited less than 8m width road, Hawking can banned
after 10 pm.

Conflict because of Hawking Hackers
Hawking is an informal economic tool for new commerce in Mumbai. Most of
the closed mill workers shifting their economic resource mill to hawking new
to their business.
The idea of clean urban spaces a hopeless , it being conflict with the
livelihood of the urban poor. Hawkers can use a space as they want , they are
spreading conflicts & dirt over there. It depress urban form as well as cit image.
In Mumbai most of the public spaces as well as open spaces encroach by
hawkers, street venders because of that conflicts happening between traffic
flow & pedestrians.
