Greetings in the Name of Jesus!

We would like to inform you that your child __________________________, of Grade _____ Section
___________________, member of Himig ng Buhay Club will have a participation for the opening program of
Junior High School Completion Ceremony on April, 13, 2019, Saturday, 4:00 PM and Senior High School
Graduation Ceremony on April, 16, 2019, Tuesday, 4:00 PM at school gymnasium. They should wear white blouse
with sleeves, black slacks, and black shoes. Be here in school at exactly 2:30 PM because we will have a short
rehearsal before we start the program.

Kindly be informed that the school bus service will not accommodate riders on this day. Thank you for your
unwavering support and we hope that you will continue to extend your cooperation in all our endeavors. May God
