The above Panels was offered for Inspection and following Visual / Electrical Test has been caried out on Panels as
(i Per order specification, make, BOQ and approved drawing during Inspection.

l. Visual inspection Panel checked as per the approved drawings & found OK.
2" Overall Dimensions Checked and found OK
3. Bill of Material as per Drawings Checked and Found O.K.
4. Insulation Test before & after high voltage o.K.
With 1000V DC Megger & Results are as under:
Between Phase to Phase 200 M Ohm
Between Phase to Earlh 200 M Ohm
Between Neutral to Earth 200 M Ohm
5. H.V. Test at 2.5 KV for One Min O"K. (Withstood)
6. All the Operational/ Functional Tests Checked & Found O.K.
7. Paint shade O.K. (Siemens Grey) (RAL 7035)
8. Paint Thickness 60 to 80p
9. Bus bar size & Clearance Checked & Found O.K

Observation:-
1) MOC-50 Power contactor should be provide before dispatch.
( 2) 4000/lA, CL.0.5, l5 VA, CT. (lnos) should be provide before dispatch.
3) zs rvan CAIACITOR should be provide before dispatch.

GENERAL POINTS:-
D Clean the all panel before dispatch.
ii) Paint touch up to be done.
iii) All legend should be as per drawing.
iv) Door alignment should be clear before dispatch.
The above Panels is technically accepted and clearance for dispatch subject to above compliance.
