Sepak Takraw Training Objectives

June's objectives for Aniban Central School's sepak takraw program were to develop flexibility and toned muscles through warm up exercises to properly prepare players' bodies. The focus in July was on developing speed and agility through running obstacle courses. Players were to familiarize themselves with ball handling techniques in August, such as low inside kicks and passing from foot to foot, to improve their ball control skills.
