So here is a quick go through checklist for your help-:
• New company- need to apply for Certificate of
“Commecement of business” with ROC.
• Appointment of auditor is required to be done within 30
days of incorporation.
• Need to have KYC of all the directors before April.
• Companies incorporated before Dec 2017- need to have KYC
of its registered office before 25 April.
• Income tax return of individuals are required to be filed
before 31st July and for company return due date is 30th
September.
• Annual General meeting is required to be conducted by
company.
• Form AOC-4 & MGT-7 are required to be filed by October.
• GST Registration is mandatory for all the operational
companies.
• GST returns are required to be filed on monthly basis.
