PUBLICATIONS

The data generated and presented in the report has been peer reviewed critically and
accepted for publication in two international scientific journals in the form of scientific
research papers entitled as mentioned below. The research outcome of the FSP and
interpretations on Palaeoclimate has been also recognized by IGC-35 and one paper abstract
entitled ‘’Widespread and multiple cryoturbation episodes during Late Pliestocene (MIS -3):
Evidences from upper part of Palaeolake sediments, Leh and Nyoma , Jammu & Kashmir’’
presented by Co-author of the report where outcome and interpretations were well appreciated
by scientific community in the Symposia.
1) Title: ‘Formation and breaching of two palaeolakes around Leh, Indus valley, during the
late Quaternary’ by Mujtaba et al. 2017 accepted in Geological Society of London.
2) Title: ‘Tectonics induced switching of provenance during the late Quaternary
aggradation of Indus river valley, Ladakh, India’ by Lal et al. 2017, accepted in
Geoscience Frontiers
