IMMERSION RULES AND REGULATION

a. Attend pre and post Immersion Activities;

b. Accomplished and submit requirements to schools i.e. resume,
application letter, medical certificate and parents permit and other
documents required by partner’s institution;
c. Pay approved fees required by the school prior for the immersion;
d. Report to the Work Immersion Partner Institution Supervisor during
actual Immersion;
e. Reports to the company based on required timeframe.
f. Perform the duties and tasks as indicated in the prescribed template for
work immersion list of tasks/ activities (template found in Annex C)
related to the skill acquired in chosen field of specialization; and
g. Records and the daily tasks performed;
h. Observe safety and other precautionary measure in the workplace
during immersion;
i. Provide Personal Protective Equipment during the immersion proper.
j. Follow rules and regulations set by the partner institution;
k. Inform the Immersion teacher if not going to report to work;
l. Prepares report that documents the activities perform required in the
curriculum and by the Partner Institution;
m. Submit/render reports to the teacher and industry supervisor for
immersion; and
n. Perform other required tasks based on the agreement.
