1. Share your physical education experiences in high school. Compare there with your expectations in
physical education in college.

*In high school, more on indoor activities, games and performances. Now in college my expectation is
more on lectures.

2. Observe the lifestyle of Filipino and foreign professionals. Do they participate in physical activities to
maintain physical health? Give examples.

*Based on my observation, Filipinos and foreign professionals both participate in physical activities,
however foreign are more health conscious. Example foreign, they always visit in the doctor every
month.

3. Will your participation in this subject make you acquire varied lifetime recreational skills? Why?

*Yes. Because, I can communicate well, can be flexible in planning activities and can lead both large and
small groups.

4. Describe the activities done in an exercise/dance studio. What benefits can be attained by them?

*Dancing, like hip hop, ballroom, Latin and modern. It improves condition of our heart and lungs.
Increases muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness. Increases aerobic fitness. Improves muscle
tone and strength. Weight management. Stronger bones and reduced risk of osteoporosis. Better
coordination, agility and flexibility.

* Yes, to maintain a healthy balance between education and exercise.
