How does each agent influence you as a person?

- As we are born in this society, we already have each role we need to fulfill. Our personal
development and characteristics are greatly influence by our family. It is the child’s primary
social group; this is where we learn how to love. Moreover, they will be responsible for
shaping a child and influencing their values, skills, socialization, and security during these
childhood development stages. As we grow up, we became the learner in each academia. It
is the area where we develop more our skills and talent. We are starting to have more
connection with other students and facilitators as well. The last stage in our life is by
interacting in our community. This is where we learn how to socialize, accept other’s
perspective and by acknowledging same interest, values and skills, it encourages us to live
better and pursue our dream goal in life.

How did they contribute to your personal development?

- Our parents and our siblings, plays one of the most vital roles in our development. They
help us to instill values of citizenship and belonging to the society. They are also the ones
that prepare us to step out of our comfort zone when we start studying in school and face
different perspectives and behaviors. School is the principal supply of understanding to
which person are exposed. It gives us the possibility to collect understanding in diverse fields
of schooling. This contributes to cultivation withinside the notion process. It also helps us to
learn how to interact positively with peers and staffs. We establish healthy relationship, skills
and development through interactions, inside and outside of school. Being a part of a united
community offers us an experience of belonging. It permits us to proportion private
connection and help the everlasting boom of others, ourselves and our environment. It also
opens our eyes to new, perhaps more morally resonant career opportunities.

With their help, to what extent have you improved in terms of emotional, intellectual,
spiritual, and social aspect?

In general, these 3 social groups change my whole existence in society. First, I started to
experience rollercoasters of emotions through my journey in life. Being happy when I’m
satisfied, sad, confused, stubborn and more. I develop more understandings of the situations
and easily solve problems by setting aside my emotions and choosing the right thing to do.
It is also really evident that I grow and develop my intellectual skills. I can easily answer
logical and academical questions because of the teachings that I learn and absorb in school.
I started to engage more in competitions that will enhance my skills and talents. Also, I found
my interest and dream job by facing different units and knowing which subject I excel, that’s
one of the bases I looked at. As I was exposed with different beliefs my spiritual aspect was
also affected. I learn others teaching of God. Moreover, I built stronger connection in God
by attending different mass and sessions in our church. Most importantly, my social skills. I
learn how to socialize more with other people. I can adjust myself with the given situation I
am in. As a person who developed my speaking skills, I can answer other people as well as
thinking that what I am going to say is good and it will not hurt their feelings.
