Girl Found 25 years After Being Kidnapped

A 14-year-old girl was
kidnapped at home on January 17th,
1991 in California, while spending the
evening alone at home.
She knew her kidnapper, since she told
him to come in. The father of one of his
friends was strongly suspected.
Kaitlyn’s parents didn’t come
home very late at night and didn’t
notice their daughter was missing. They
realized it in the morning. Her parent’s
then went to a police station to report
Kaitlyn’s disappearance, but the officer
couldn’t start the search because she
hadn’t gore missing for over 48 hours.
And the officers thought she ran away
because of the problems she had with
her father.
72 hours later, police officers and
Kaitlyn’s parents began to worry. Kaitlyn
given’s sign of life for more than 3 days.
The search to try to find her started and
will last more than 80 hours. Hundreds of
people have voluntured and are
helping the search teams to find the
teen.
After three months of searching,
the police have abandoned all
possibilities to find her alive, and they are
looking for her body. Soon all search was
stopped, all hope was abandoned to
find her. Kaitlyn’s parents don’t have
any hope. Two years later they had
returned to the course of their lives but
hadn’t forgotten their daughter all the
same.
On June 23th, 2016 a young
woman was found unconscious in the
parking lot of a shopping mall and was
then taken to the Grey Sloan Hospital in
Seattle for examinations. So, DNA
analysis identified the young woman
named Lisa Karev as the young Kaitlyn
who had been missing for 25 years.
Tuesday, June 25th,2016
Kaitlyn said, “I was kidnapped by
the father of her friend who went to see
me that night before falling asleep”.
She was held captive under a house, in
a padded room, and didn’t come out
for 15 years.
She only saw her kidnapper during
all her years. The man who the man who
hit her everyday, he raped her all the
time for 25 years.
Kaitlyn had 4 children and lost 3. When
Kaitlyn was 22 years, her kidnapper let
her out and she became his wife.
“My kidnapper created a family, with
me.”
Kaitlyn said “I gave birth to my
four children alone, I suffered a lot. He
didn’t want me to go to the hospital, he
was afraid to ask for help.”
Finally, she found family and she
trying to re-bild herself with her children
and parents.
She tells us about his traumatic
experience." He wouldn’t let me go out, I
didn’t see the sun for 15 years.
I was scared all the time. When he
came, I knew I was going to suffer and
that it would last for hours. For days, the
pain was so intense that I lost
consciousness.”
Kaitlyn going out of the hospital
