We can also print them up from a different address if need be. Let us know! We will be leaving CCA on Wednesday, September 25" at 8:30am in order to get there in time for our 9:45am tour. Please make sure that everyone going dresses appropriately for the weather. Family members are more than welcome to come along and ride the bus with their student but please be aware that we may have to ask some of you to drive if we reach the capacity limit of the bus. If you are planning on bringing a sibling, you will need to drive separate. It is ok for your child to ride with you there if driving separate. Please make sure that we know that before the day of the field trip. It will be $8 for each person going, siblings included. If you plan on joining us, make sure you have filled out the 2019/2020 Volunteer Consent form. At 9:45am, they will greet us and complete their check-in process by giving everyone a sticker. Throughout our time there, we will go on a wagon ride to pick apples, get a pumpkin, have cider and a donut, feed goats, watch the pumpkin chucker and an animated chicken show. We will eat lunch under the pavilion around 11-11:30. If we have extra time, the kids will get to go and play fora bit! We will board the bus to return at Ipm. When the date of the field trip gets closer, we will send home a reminder. © You can start sending in permission slips, completed info pages, and payment anytime. * Remember, if you do not check yes on the permission slip for the school to provide a sack lunch that day for your child, you MUST pack them one and send it with them that morning. PLEASE do not send your child with a sack lunch if you ordered one from the school! It will result in you still being charged. Whew! We think we covered everything.
