any and all obligations and may be used by Themes & Motifs The Special Events Co., Inc.
in relation to the printing, publishing, & promotions of INSPIRATIONS for Weddings &
Debuts Magazine and Themes & Motifs.

By this instrument, Themes & Motifs The Special Events Co., Inc. is held free from any and
all liabilities pertaining to the use of the photos submitted for INSPIRATIONS for
Weddings & Debut Magazine and Themes & Motifs’ marketing efforts including, but not
limited to, its website, social media accounts, and print collaterals.

Photo credits shall be given to the debutante to whom the photos belong. Any other
credits shall be given at the sole discretion of INSPIRATIONS for Weddings & Debuts
Magazine and Themes & Motifs The Special Events Co., Inc.
