Description:
Contact centre application is used by the callcentre people of the Specsavers which helps them while directly interacting
with the customers. This application has all the customer's detail related to the schemes and products that they have opted for,
personal details, bank details and other packs and delivery related information. This application also interacts with Specsavers stores
to process the requests which are made through the callcentre.
Responsibilities:
Automated, Executed and Maintained Test cases through Selenium Web Driver
Mapped requirements to test cases to maintain accurate Traceability
Built a detailed, reusable Object Repository for Test cases using Selenium Web Driver
Worked on Selenium Web driver for automating cross browser testing on IE, Firefox, and Chrome
Involved in setting up Jobs and Running scripts using JENKINS.
Involved back end validations using Oracle and MySQL.
Performed Smoke test on the build to ensure its clean enough for QA testing to proceed on the delivered builds
Logged and Verified defects accordingly using Bugzilla, Footprints, Mantis
Involved in defect tracking with developers and other project stakeholders to get updates on defects
Involved in updating the Dashboard Wiki with daily status update on execution of TC's and defect report
