Internet with online payment, online transfers and integrating different type of
accounts. The website was providing secure services to customers wherein customers
would log in to their account to perform various tasks, like transfer funds between
eligible checking savings, money market, line of credit, and US bank Investments. It
also allows for online bill payment to virtually any entity. Point of sale applications
need to handle a wide variety of transactions like cash, debit cards, credit cards, gift
cards and loyalty cards. Credit cards play an important role in payment for anything

card payment solution when integrated with a POS application.

applicant’s or customer’s personal and financial information remains private and safe.

Windward is a powerful web-based scalable, extensible application solution for Customer
Service Representatives, Agents and Business Users of Denta Quest. This application is
basically divided into various modules like Member, Provider, Payment, Billing, Groups,
Claims, CMS, Reports, and References. Using Windward a user can add/modify/ search/
delete Members, Providers, Groups and Claims. Claim entry, Claim Adjudication and Claims
processing is taken care by Windward. Payments are processed to providers; Billing Invoices
are generated using this system.
