Istriwaala Application

Introduction
The platform would enable users to subscribe/order clothes ironing service using a mobile
application. The platform must also help running the business at scale by managing deliveries,
workshops, delivery agents, etc.

Features

Admin Features
1. Manage Users
Create and manage delivery Agents, workshop managers, and admins. Activate or
deactivate any user. See details of the users. The admin can discontinue the
subscription
2. Rate Card management
Create and update rate cards for the services
3. Admin can see how many packages are pending at each workshop
4. Admin can get reports for each delivery agent
5. Admin can get consumer wise report

Consumer Application Features


1. Consumers can sign-up and login using their mobile number
2. Mobile number would be verified at sign up and forgot password
3. Consumers can subscribe to the service and add a schedule for pickup and drop
4. Consumers can edit the schedule
5. Consumers can discontinue the subscription
6. Consumers can see the order history and the amount payable
7. Consumers can add a list of family members
8. Consumers can tag items in the active order to family members
9. Consumers can pay online using a payment gateway
10. Consumers can ask for express service on demand. It will have a separate rate card.
11. The application will have basic pages like About Us, Contact Us, FAQs, Profile page(for
address change).

Delivery Agent
1. Agents can see the consumers in the area
2. Agents can view the preferred time for each consumer
3. Agents can add the number of items of each type and create an order for the consumer
while picking up the package
4. The consumer will be sent a notification and an SMS with the details of the package
5. The agent can deliver the package at the workshop and mark it as delivered at workshop
6. The agent can pickup packages for the consumers from the workshop and deliver it to
the consumer
7. The consumer will get a notification and an SMS with the details of the delivery
8. The application must be able to work offline (the action would be recorded but sent to
the server when the agent comes online again)

Workshop Manager
1. The workshop manager must accept the packages from the delivery agents
2. The workshop manager must dispatch the packages to the delivery agent
3. All of this must be recorded
4. The workshop manager can mark the packages that are ready for delivery
