Only those units that are compliant with the OFG and DTI-PNS standards shall be accepted Each route will be awarded to only one (1) qualified Applicant and subsequently processed for the grant of CPC following the provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 2019-013 also known as the Consolidated Guidelines on the Process of Issuance of Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) and Provisional Authority (PAYSpecial Permit (SP) under the Omnibus Franchising Guidelines & Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP) dated 15 March 2019. Pre- Qualification Conferences shall be held at concerned Regions and at the Central Oftice (for inter-regional route) on August 22, 2019, 2:00 p.m. Page 2 of 3 XISTING Inea-egionalThe deadline for the submission of Letter of Intent and qualification documents will be at Mam of 06 September 2019 to be submitted at the concemed LTFRB-RFRO for Intra- regional routes. or at the Office of the Executive Director-Central Office for Metro Manila and Inter-regional routes. Opening of the sealed documents will immediately follow at 10:00 am of the same date. In case of failure on the initial qualification process, interested applicants shall be given ten (10) working days reckoned from the date when the initial qualification has been declared a failure to file their Letter of intent and qual ation documents. This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated 09 October 1992.
