CONTRACT OF LEASE OF A COMMERCIAL STALL

K N O W A L L M E N B Y T H E S E P R E S E N T S :
This agreement made and entered into by and between:
DELITO RAMOS MIGUEL
, Filipino, of legal age, and single, a resident of San Jose,Baggao, Cagayan, hereinafter
referred to as the
 LESSOR,
-and- ____________________________, also Filipino, of legal age, and married, a
resident ofSan Jose, Baggao, Cagayan, hereinafter referred to as the
 LESSEE,
WHEREAS

is the owner of a commercial stall located at _______________________________
which is available for lease;

desires to lease the said commercial stall and the

iswilling to lease the same unto the
