VEHICLE USE AGREEMENT

KNOW BY ALL THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT entered into this ___________________ at Malasiqui,
Pangasinan by and between the parties, to wit:

Therefore, in consideration of the exchange of promises contained herein and

other valuable consideration we, the Owner and User, agree as follows:
1.) User will indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from and against all
losses, claims, suits or other legal liability and legal expenses of any nature
imposed upon on or brought against them by reason of any act or omission of
the User or its agent or employees in the course of the use of the above vehicle.
2.) User will inspect the vehicle and will return the above in the same condition
as prior to use or will pay to have them restored to that condition.
3.) Vehicle will be operated in compliance with all appropriate laws.
4.) This agreement is separated and distinct from any other lease or other
agreement regarding or relating to the use of the vehicle. It is expressly agreed

that this is not a part of the condition offered under any other agreement, and
that no any other agreement shall serve to extinguish this separate and
distinct Agreement.
5.) The parties hereto undertake to comply and perform the foregoing
stipulation in the good faith.
