CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This “CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL” entered into by and between:

SPOUSES _________________ and _______________, both of

legal ages, Filipinos and a residents of Blk 1 Armor Village, San Jose Gusu,
Zamboanga City, Philippines, hereinafter called as the “SELLERS”;

- AND -

SPOUSES ________________________ and

______________________and _________________________,
all of legal ages, Filipinos, and a residents of Galvez Drive Sta. Maria, and
respectively Azucena Street, Suterville Brgy Gusu, Zamboanga City,
Philippines, hereinafter called as the “BUYERS”

W ITNESSETH

W H E R E A S, the Sellers are the registered owners of one (1) of a residential

unit particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No.

“A parcel of land.”

WHEREAS, the SELLERS are willing to sell and the BUYERS are willing to buy the
above-described purchased of residential unit found therein, through loan with the Pag-
Ibig Fund/HDMF office subject to the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. That the full purchase price of the above-described residential unit shall
be at_________________________________, Philippine Currency;

2. That the said amount shall be paid by the herein buyers upon the release
of Loan with the Pag-Ibig Fund/HDMF;

3. That a Deed of Sale shall be executed and signed by the herein SELLERS
in favor of the BUYERS;
 4. That this contract shall be valid and enforced between the herein parties
from execution hereon and the BUYERS binding herself not to withdraw
their offer to buy and the SELLERS binding upon themselves not to
withdraw their offer to sell;

5. That the parties hereto shall comply and observe good faith in the
performance of their respective obligation under this contract, faithfully
and religiously.
