DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF DONATION executed this September 3, 2022 at Zamboanga

City, Philippines by:

___________________________ and
______________________, both of legal ages, Filipinos and residents
of Zone 4, Boalan, Zamboanga City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as
“DONORS”;

- IN FAVOR OF –

______________________ and ____________________, both of

legal ages, Filipinos, residents of Lumbangan, Zamboanga City,
hereinafter referred to as “DONEES”

W ITNESSETH:

That the DONORS are the registered owner of one (1) parcel of land more
particularly described as follows:

“hereinafter called the PURCHASER with respect to a portion of that

property situated within the Hillside Memorial Garden of the SELLER at
Zone 3, Barangay Lumbangan, Zambonga City, and more particularly
identified in the maps and lot books on file in the office of the SELLER
which are incorporated and made integral parts hereof by reference, as
follows:

Subject to the conditions as irrevocably agreed upon by the

PURCHASER and the SELLER in Contract to Buy No. 07186 dated
January 30, 2017”
 W H E R E A S, the DONORS has offered to donate a parcel of land of all her
rights, titles and interest over the said aforementioned property in favor of the
DONEES and the DONEES are willing to accept the above-described parcel of land.

That in consideration of the liberality and generosity that the DONORS has for
the DONEES, the former hereby, by virtue of these presents CEDE, TRANSFER and
CONVEY by way of DONATION upon the latter, their assigns and successors-in-interest
the above described parcel of land free from all forms of liens and encumbrances.

That the DONORS for the purpose of giving full effect unto this Donation, has
reserved for themselves in full ownership sufficient property to support them in a
manner appropriate to their needs.

That the DONEES hereby accept this donation of the above described real
property and do hereby express their gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the
DONORS.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and affixed
their signatures on the place and date first abovementioned.

Deed of Donation over one (1) parcel of land consisting of three (3) pages including the
page where the acknowledgement is made, signed by the parties and all the

own free and voluntary acts and deeds.
