“A RESOLUTION REALIGNING THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AMOUNTING TO

ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00) PREVIOUSLY INTENDED FOR
THE REPAIR OF BARANGAY HALL, CONSTRUCT OF STAIRS FOR SECOND
FLOOR, REPAIR OF BARANGAY HEALTH CENTER AND BARANGAY DAY CARE
TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL MAKESHIFT FOR THE START OF
INTEGRATED SCHOOL OF BARANGAY MAÑO, SAN REMEGIO, CEBU”

WHEREAS, Barangay Maño, San Remegio, Cebu, was granted the amount of
One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) from the Office of Hon. Celestino A.
Martinez III for the repair of their Barangay Hall, Construction of Stairs for Second Floor,
Repair Barangay Health Center and Barangay Day Care Center;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Maño requested to the Office of Hon. Celestino A.

Martinez III for the realignment of the said financial assistance;

WHEREAS, the abovementioned amount was realigned and approved by the

Sangguniang Panlalawigan on March 11, 2019 under SP Resolution No. 798-2019;

WHEREAS, there is a need to further realign the said funds of Barangay Maño,
San Remegio, Cebu from the repair of Barangay Hall, Construct of Stairs for
Second Floor, Repair Barangay Health Center and Barangay Day Care Center to
the Construction of School Makeshift for the start of Integrated School;

WHEREAS, the makeshift is necessary for the requested Integrated School

which the Barangay is longing for;

WHEREAS, to avoid duplication of projects to be implemented within the

barangay, the Sangguniang Bayan of Maño, San Remegio Cebu, passed Resolution
No. 74, Series of 2019, requesting for realignment of the financial assistance previously
granted by the Office of Honorable Celestino A. Martinez III;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of HON. CELESTINO MARTINEZ III, be it:

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to realign the financial assistance

amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) previously intended for the
for the Repair Of Barangay Hall, Construct Of Stairs For Second Floor, Repair of
Barangay Health Center And Barangay Day Care to the Construction Of School
Makeshift for she start of Integrated School of Barangay Maño, San Remegio, Cebu”

RESOLVED FURTHER, authorizing the Secretary to the Sangguniang

Panlalawigan to furnish copies of this resolution to the Sangguniang Bayan of Maño,
San Remegio, Cebu, for their information and appropriate action.
