With respect's to your application under Chapter I where applicant was interested in
getting Letter of Approval (LoA) in the current AIY 2019-20 as pei Approual process 2019-
20, EyC was conducted and reports uploaded by respective Regional Offices for the
information of the Institutes.

You are requested to attend the SAC and present the compliance to the Committee
on the scheduled date and time, without fail. The Institutions shall refer the EVC report and
present the compliance for the deficiencies observed therein to the committees. In case of
Nil deficiency in EVC reports, if any deficiencies are pointed out by AICTE, He, the same
shall be intimated/ communicated through e-mail.

The Standing Appellate Committee Meetings are scheduled to be held on 26th April,
2019 in respect of chapter I cases. The sAC schedure is attached.

l. Valid authorization letter issued by Chairman / Secretary of the Trust / Society /

Company and a copy of it. (No Advisor / Consultant are entertained to present ihe
case, if Chairman / Secretary attending, proof in the form of Society / Trust deed to
be shown to the Committee.)
2. Photo tD with a copy of it.
3. All the documents in original and a copy (that are relevant to the compliance of
deficiencies observed in respect of your Institution)

The representative shall not be paid any TAiDA in this regard.
