    The following teachers of SAN QUINTIN CENTRAL SCHOOL namely: ANNABELLE JANE S.
    RESURRECCION, MARLYN NAVARRO AND PATRICIA M. PONTANOS did not receive their
    Performance Based bonus given earlier this month. The three teacher were active in the service during
    rating period for the said PBB.
    Relative to this I have the honor to request your office to facilitate for the payment of PBB for the
    aforementioned teachers.
