Madame:

In preparation for the hosting of the Palarong Pambansa , the school administration
is looking forward to clear out the hazardous materials over the open space. However, we find it
difficult to materialize our plan on the ground that the said clearing requires heavy equipment to
plane and flattened the surface.
On this matter, we would like to request for the availability and utility of the
following:
A) Grader Machine
B) Roller Machine
