A. No, Ola Money Postpaid is being offered as an interest and usage charges free
service.

​Q. How can I increase my spending limit and billing cycle from 15 to 30 days?
A. Continuous usage and timely repayments can increase your limits. You can also
complete your KYC to avail higher limits upto Rs 10,000* and increase your
billing cycle from 15 to 30 days (Know More). Our algorithms try to mirror the
Postpaid limit with every user’s spends and increase limits periodically to ensure
hassle-free payments.

Q. How do I use Ola Money Postpaid?

A. You can use Ola Money Postpaid by selecting the Ola Money Postpaid payment
method before booking on the Olacabs app, for use on other merchants choose
Ola Money Postpaid before checkout and you are done.

Q. How do I pay my Postpaid bill?

A. You can pay your Postpaid bill by navigating to the ​Payment section​ in your Ola
app, select ​Ola Money Postpaid​ and settle dues by clicking on Clear Dues.
Payments can be made using Ola Money wallet, Credit Card, Debit Card,
Netbanking, and UPI.
​Q. When do I have to pay my Postpaid bill?
A. Users are expected to pay at the end of their bill cycle, which is 15 or 30 days
after the first usage of Ola Money Postpaid. However, Postpaid bills can be
cleared before due date as well to reset spending limit.

Q. Is Ola Money Postpaid invite only?

A. Yes, Currently Ola Money Postpaid is invite only. Based on the past usage, this
product is being offered to selected users for now.
