CASE STUDY

ON PIZZA OUTLET

Introduction:
Pizza outlet in Stephen’s locality is his favorite. He invited you to visit the outlet. However, you
did
not find the farmhouse pizza that you ate worth the hype.
In 400-800 words, explain what problems did you encounter that made you miss your favorite
pizza
brand. Include the following points in your write-up:
1. What should the pizza outlet do to solve these problems without compromising on the value
that
they were already delivering? Propose three solutions.
2. Among the three potential solutions, compare and choose the best solution for the problem.
3. How would you measure whether the chosen solution is working?

ANALYSIS:
According to my analysis , I missed my favorite pizza brand due to different reasons:

1. First and foremost I didn’t find my favorite pizza farmhouse pizza.


2. Quality of pizza can be the reason .
3. Enviorment and location of outlet can also matter a lot.
4. Last but not least Price can also be a reason.

Solutions:
As the problem is not more detailed like pizza is core component of company or they sell other
products also.We can take some estimation to find the solution for this problem:

1. First , company should need to increase variety of pizza as farmhouse pizza is a common
one , they should need to increase variety of pizza so more and more customer get attracted.
2. Quality of pizza can be determined by:
a.Well baked, golden brown crust
b. Well prepared tomato sauce
c.Well cooked Pizza toppings
d.Supreme quality cheese

They can pay attention to each of these factors because this is an important factor a customer
wants in a pizza.
3.Feedback can also a solution to find customer perspective , that what they liked about them
and what are the improvement they can do.

BEST SOLU TION:

According to me all the solutions are important but according to situation the best
solution can be feedback. Because every customer have different preferences and to
understand that preferences feedback is best.
So that they get to know about there strengths and as well as their weaknesses .and
they can work on them.
Today every organization took feedback to improve their quality and understanding
their customer better.

Working of a solution:

Regular analysis of feedback is important if the customer needs are fulfilling they can
go ahead with that.else they can proposed different solution to find the issue.
