 HYDRULIC FILTER
PRESSURE LINE FILTER
As the name suggest, these ilters are capable of bearing pressures
up to the range of 210 bar and more. These are mainly installed
between the pump and the control valves in order to eliminate
cavitations problems and protect the valves from pump failures.
Failure of these pumps and valves sometimes2 runs into losses up
to millions of rupees. Thus in order to protect the machines and
for its longevity appropriate ilters is required.

CROSS BASKET STRAINER ELEMENT
Cross basket ilter elements are manufactured with speci ic angular
lange itment, which can be assembled at an angle within the ilter
housing and useful to satisfy the iltration requirement. Specially
designed element for inline itment within ilter housing and to
minimize the footprint space requirement in an all.
◘ Available in coarser iltration to (6 mm) to ine iltration of
0.025 mm (25 Micron). Fine iltration less than 25 micron can be
provided upon request / requirement.
◘ Main wire mesh can be supported with courser wire mesh from
both side / single side as per request / design requirement.

CONE TYPE FILTER ELEMENT
Cone type ilter elements are mainly useful for iltration of water / luid
in direct line connection. There is no requirement of speci ic ilter housing
for this kind of ilter elements. As per speci ic design of these elements are
manufactured with langed with handle arrangement.
◘ Mainly useful for coarser iltration, however can be provided for
ine iltration also.

WIRE MESH PLEATED BASKET FILTER ELEMENT
When the ilter element design needs more iltration area to satisfy
the iltration requirement within the same foot print ilter housing,
we do provide wire mesh pleated basket ilter element. We can provide
the wire mesh ilter elements for Basket Strainer as well as "Y" Type Strainers.
◘ Available in 0.8 mm (800 Micron) to 0.01 mm (10 Micron) opening
wire mesh with both side / single side supported wire mesh
as per request / design requirement.
◘ SOE design (bottom blind) for Basket Strainer and DOE design
(open from both the sides) for "Y" Strainer are manufactured.
