Below is my intent to enrol my child at Raffles International School (RIS) for the 2019‐2020 academic
year.

I understand that this serves as notification of our intention for the 2019‐2020 academic year.
Official re-enrolment will begin after the Spring break from Sunday, 14th April 2019 and will include a
re-enrolment form to be submitted and a non-refundable re-enrolment fee to be paid in order to
secure my child’s place for the 2019-2020 academic year, by completing the re-enrolment formality
before 9th May 2019.

 Please complete and return this form to the admissions office/front desk no later than Thursday,
28th February 2019
 Parents who wish their child/children to return to RIS for the 2019-2020 academic year, will
receive the re-enrolment form from the admissions office and will be advised on the non-
refundable re-enrolment fee to be paid (10% of the annual tuition fee for the entering year level),
in-order that they may complete the official re-enrolment formality after the Spring Break (on or
after 14th April and before 9th May 2019)
 No re-enrolment fee payments will be accepted by the school prior to 14th April 2019
 Parents who wish to withdraw their child/children from RIS at the end of the current academic
year ending 4th July 2019, will receive a withdrawal request form from the admissions office that
they may complete and return to the admissions office/front desk at the earliest
