One week ago. I watched a soccer championship with my


cousin. We watched it on TV. My cousin got a holiday so he came
and stayed at my house. That day was sunday. The next day I had to
go to school. The championship began at 10 PM. I promised to my
parents that I wouldn’t be late. When the champion was about the
end, I fell a sleep.

The next morning, I woke up and checked the clock. It was already 6 AM! I ran to
the bathroom and took a bath in a hurry, but my cousin still aslept. My parents left a note
at the table, I took it and read it. It said, “my dear, mother and father have to go to work.
It’s been too late. If you want a breakfast, I save it in the fridge”. I didn’t have a time for
breakfast. I ran to the bus stop and wait a bus.
Three seconds later the bus came and I immediately got in the bus. I arrived at
school and ran to the class. I sat at the front chair and said “I’m sorry ma’am, I’m late”. At
that moment, all of the students in the class looked at me. Then the teacher said “sorry,
you enter the wrong class.’’ I looked around and realized that this class was not my class. I
stood and apologized to the teacher. After that I left the class and went to my class. I was
so ashamed. Oh my God, I would never forget this memory.

Tarragon Corn Chowder Recipe


Ingredients :
 4 ears of corn ▪ 3 tbsp unsalted butter
 1 cup chopped onion ▪ 1 cup chopped fennel fulb
 2 minced garlic ▪ 3 bay leaves
 4 small potatoes, cut into chunks ▪ Salt
 ½ cup white wine ▪ 1-2 tbsp frest chopped tarragon

Steps :
1. Grill the corn directly over heat for aboout 10-15 minutes for extra flavour..
2. Separate the corn kernels from the cobs.
3. Boil 6 cups of water, add bay leaves and corn cobs to make corn broth
4. Heat a pan, then add buter, cjopped union, fennel and garlic. Saute for about 5
minutes.
5. Add the white wine and boil down to half. Add the potatoes, then pour into the corn
broth. Stir well and add salt to taste. Simmer gently until the potatoes are tender
6. Last, add the fresh tarragon into the pan.

Komodo Dragons are the largest lizard in the world. They live
just on fed small island in Indonesia. Komodo dragons can be grow
untill 3 m long. That’s very long, as long as car.
Komodo dragons are very greedy. They eat almost anything,
but their favorite food is wild pigs and deer. They can chase as small
animal, such as monkey in one gulp.
Adult komodo dragons hide in long grass, then jump out on
their prey. They grab their prey in their strong jaw. They can also
swallow their prey. Adult dragon can move faster than a human can
run. Young komodo dragons are good climbers. They climb trees to
catch and eat small lizard and birds.

Lembah Pelangi Waterfall

Lembah Pelangi Waterfall sounds unfamiliar for

Soon all animals were shocked and ran in different directions making a chaos
in the jungle.
The lion saw this and then pulled out the little chipmunk. He said “what
made you think the sky would fall down?” She replied “i heard and saw it near my
tree house.” After they checked what really happened near the tree house, the lion
smiled and said, “you worry too much about everything. Let other animals know
what had really happened. You are responsible for it.”

Cherry Blossoms (Sakura)

Cherry blossoms or sakura are cherry trees and their blossoms. Cherry
trees are a symbol of spring for Japanese people. Hanami or Flower viewing
is a traditional custom in spring to visit some places where sakura are
blooming. Japanese people love cherry blossoms, but the origin of this flower
is debatable. Some people believe that the flower is from Japan but some
others believe that they came from either China or South Korea.

There are 400 different types of cherry trees. They mutate easily. Most
of cherry blossom grow in moist low and highland. A place with a little bit
moist and protected from sunlight is the best for their natural habitat.

The unique fact of cherry blossom is that their flowers which grow
earlier than the leaves. Cherry blossoms have many colors such as white,
little pink, and red. Most of the flowers are white or pink with five petals, but
there are some flowers with almost a hundred petals.

living for his family and he never came back to home.
People made an issue about his about his father’s death. This issue made his mother
anxious day.

that she had to work hard. She did a lot of works all day and night. Unfortunately, she
still didn’t get enough money for her family.
Malin couldn’t stand with his mother’s suffering. He decided to go sailing and made
money. He wanted to become a rich man so he could help his mother. At first, his
mother didn’t allowed him to go. She was afraid Malin Kundang did not come back like
his father did. At the last, Malin got his mother’s allowance to go.
Several years later, he became a rich sailor. He had many ships and crews. He
was married with a beautiful girl and had three children.
