Guidelines for the SUMMARIZED Narrative Report:

1. Report should be:

* type‐written, double‐spaced, using size 12 font in Times New Roman
* in a short bond paper
* 1-inch margin (all sides)

2. The body of the report should contain:

* FIRST SEMESTER AND SECOND SEMESTER SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT
EXPERIENCES OF EACH SECTION PER INSTITUTION PER SEMESTER (start with first
semester then second semester)
* introductory and concluding paragraphs
* 10 pages: cover page and last page NOT included.

3. Give 2 copies of the report to your adviser on MARCH 15, 2019, 12 PM. (1 copy will be
given to the registrar and 1 copy for the department)

4. The “Internship Summary” page containing the hours should be stapled on the last page of the
document.
