    Scope of work

     Prepare and paint white to damaged walls in lounge.

     Prepare and paint with sika product waterproofing paint to damaged ceiling in bathroom

     Prepare and paint white to damaged walls in toilet

     Prepare and paint white to damages walls in kitchen

     Demolish, remove, replace and fix melamine cupboard bulkhead to match existing Cupboard bulkhead

     Cut out openings in cupboard and re connect existing wires and light fittings

     Refurbish and varnish damaged bar counter

    TOTAL INCL VAT R 12 500
