-Manage Site IT team effectively so as to meet operational and project target

commitment with business.
-Develope and implement operational SOP, continues improvement, service efficiency
initiatives,infrastructure improvement to better server to business needs.
-Prepare site IT budget and maintain prudent cost control within budget expenditure
levels.
-Provide, implement, maintain secure and reliable application and infrastructure in
accordance with corporate standard and strategies
-Responsible for the process of developing and maintaining all matters relating to
ICT (hardware, software and infrastructure)
-Maintain the data center equipment, such as managing and installing custom
upgrades,replacing cables,components and accessories,maintaining records and
details equipment are installed
-Implement corporate systems,information security and disaster recovery to ensure
business continuity
- Monitoring,maintain advanced setting and troubleshooting for network and
infrastructure issue
