    Dear Sir/Ma’am:

    Greetings!

    I would like to express my sincere desire to apply for an On-The-Job training program in this
    institution. I am Allyn Lutchavez Basco, a senior high school student, taking up Information and
    Communications Technology (ICT) Strand at Asian Institute of Computer Studies DAU Branch.

    Our course curriculum requires us to have 160 hours of supervised industry training that aims to
    complement the concept and theories we have learned to the development of our full potential,
    through exposure to the actual field work.

    I am confident enough that I can be one of the vital force in enhancing quality service in your
    company. Should you wish to see me for an interview, I would be willing to come anytime.
