In lieu with the situations that are currently circulating inside our council, the
officers had come up with solutions to maintain the peaceful camaraderie inside our
organization, to wit:
1. Every issue with our fellow brothers and sisters will be reported to the council
officers to be investigated properly.
2. Evidences and witnesses must be presented for proper scrutinizing of the issue.
3. If proven guilty, sanction will be implemented base on the organizations’ by-
laws.

This is to create bridge for misunderstandings to form ONE SOLID STRENGTH

for the benefit of each and every one of us.
As our Preamble conveys that we must “Conscientiously uphold the value

of true brotherhood and compassion. To always seek the truth. To love, promote

and preserve peace and the welfare of our brotherhood.”

We are humbly asking for all of your FULL cooperation regarding this matter.
