JPIA Year End Awards 2019 Narrative Report

“JPIA – Year End and Assembly Awards 2019 on 15th day of March 2019 at Angeles
University Foundation Sports and Cultural Complex to acknowledge and exemplify the
outstanding performances of JPIAns both in academics and non-academics.”

The registration was opened from 7:00 to 8:30 am. Free snacks such as nachos, cheese
curls, and chocolate sticks were given to early comers.

At exactly 9:30 am, has started. Reinne Olano, 1st year representative led the opening
prayer followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and Pilipinas Kong Mahal.
_____________ delivered the opening remarks. After the opening remarks, Lou Vincent
Macatula grab the attention of the crowd with his rendition of Fallin’ by Janno Gibbs. A set of
games were also played to lighten up the mood.

The set of awards given are the following: Certificates of participation, special awards,
academic and non-academic awards, sigligpawan awards, and major awards such as the most
outstanding JPIAn.

Following the awarding of the students, Mrs. Maricel Kabigting Supan, the adviser of JPIA
and the department chair of CBA gave an inspirational and heartwarming message to the aspiring
students of JPIA-AUF.

To formally end the program, Mark Christian Mendoza, JPIA president, was called upon
for the closing remarks. The program officially ended around 12nn.
