AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME

I, LEYTON LORD LOZADA, of legal age, Filipino and with office address
at Unit B, 12th Floor, The World Centre Building, 330 Sen .Gil Puyat Avenue,
Makati City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state that:

1. I am the managing partner of Lozada & Tiblani Law Offices (the

“Partnership”), a partnership duly organized and existing under the laws of the
Philippines with principal office address at Unit B-12th Floor, The World Centre
Building, 330 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City;

2. From the year of its retirement on 1 january 2008 up to January

2018, the partnership did not have commercial operations for the reason that
we merged with Baterina Baterina Casals Lozada and Tiblani located at Unit
1904, 19th Floor, Jollibee Plaza, F. Ortigas, Jr. Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
A copy of the Application for Retirement of Business dated 23 January and
Inspection Report is hereto attached for your reference.
