AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 OF THE GENERAL

FUNO OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KALIBO, AKLAN FOR FISCAL 2019 IN THE TOTAL
AMOUNT ELEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (P
11,677,000.00) TO FUND REQUIREMENT FOR SECURITY SERVICES AND OTHER
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
KALIBO AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUND FOR THE PURPOSE

Be it ordained by the Kalibo Sangguniang Bayan in session assembled, that:

SECTION 1. - The Supplemental Budget No. 1 of the General Fund of the Municipality of Kalibo,
Aklan for Fiscal Year 2019 in the total amount of Eleven Million Six Hundred Sevenry Seven Ihousand Pesos
(P11,677,000.00) to fund requirement for security services and other development programs, prolects and
activities of the municipality, is hereby approved.

The budget documents consisting of the following are incorporated herein and made integral part of
this Ordinance:

1. Local Budget Preparation Form No. 9

2. Local Budget Preparation Form No. '10

SECTION 2. Sources of Funds - The sources of funds for the Supplemental Budget in the total
amount of Thirteen Miilion Nine Hundted Ninety Two Thousand One Hundred Eighfy One Pesos and 24/100
(P 13,992,181.24) shall be as follows:

Unappropriated Surplus P 13,992,181.24

Total P 13,992,181.24

SECTION 3. Use of Funds - The amount of Heven Million Six Hundrcd Seventy Seven Thousand
Pesos (P|1,677,000.@) is hereby appropriated for the Supplemental Budget No. 1 of the General Fund of the
Municipality of Kalibo, Aklan, as follows:

SECTION 4. Separability Clause - lf, for any reason, any section or provisions of this Appropriation
Ordinance is disallowed in Budget Review or declared invalrd by proper authorities, other sections or
provisions hereof that are not affected thereby shall continue to be in full force and effect.

SECTION 5. Effectivity - The provisions of this Appropriation Ordinance shall take effect upon
approval.
